Delete your account & data
You can permanently delete your Med Reminder account and all associated data — your medicines, schedules, dose history, uploaded photos, and family links.
Fastest: delete it yourself in the app
If you can sign in, open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. This removes your account and data immediately.
Can’t access the app? Request it here
Submit the email address on your account and we’ll verify and delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (email, name).
- All medicines, schedules, inventory, and dose history.
- Uploaded prescription and medicine photos.
- Family sharing links you created.
Anonymized, aggregated logs required for security and legal compliance may be retained for a limited period, and never identify you personally.
